We collect your phone number for authentication, name for personalisation, and location data (pickup/drop coordinates) when you make a booking. We do not collect payment card details directly — these are handled by Razorpay.
Your phone number is used to send OTP verification codes. Your booking data is used to dispatch drivers and generate receipts. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Booking records are retained for 3 years for regulatory compliance. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support.
