RIM (Reliable Intercity Mobility) provides drop taxi booking services connecting Chennai with Bangalore, Coimbatore, Trichy, Salem, and Madurai. By using our platform you agree to these terms.
Bookings may be cancelled before a driver is assigned at no charge. Cancellations after driver assignment may incur a fee at the driver's discretion. Completed trips are non-refundable.
Users must provide accurate pickup and drop addresses. Passengers are responsible for being ready at the specified time. RIM reserves the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
